Text message consent

Businesses use Moxie Scout to hire. When someone applies for a job, they can choose to get updates about their application by text. Texts are only sent to applicants who check the consent box themselves. It is never pre-checked, and applying works the same without it.

Where applicants opt in

Every job application form on Moxie Scout career pages (moxiescout.com/careers/…) shows this optional checkbox below the mobile number field:

Text me about my application. By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring automated text messages from [the hiring business], sent through Moxie Scout, at the mobile number above about this application and hiring process. Consent is not a condition of applying or employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the privacy policy.

What we send

Only messages about the person's own application: confirmation that it was received, a link to a short work-style survey, interview scheduling links, interview confirmations and reminders, and next steps after an offer. No marketing or promotional messages. Frequency depends on the application, usually a few messages over several weeks.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@moxiescout.com. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile numbers and text consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the privacy policy and terms.
